When you arrive for your face-to-face training, we'll recap the important points together before moving into demonstrations and hands-on treatments.
Your Training Day
Your practical training day takes place in Belfast, Northern Ireland and runs approximately from 10:00 AM–5PM.
Don't worry about remembering everything from your online course before you arrive. We'll begin with a recap and you'll be guided throughout the day.

Certification Options
Your BRIK & PEARL® training includes a three-stage certification pathway, taking you from online learning through to practical training and completed case studies.
1. Online Course Certificate
Once you successfully complete the BRIK & PEARL® Lash & Brow Lab Online Course, you'll receive your first digital Certificate of Completion directly through the online Academy platform.
This confirms completion of the online education component of your training.
2. In-Person Training Certificate
You'll receive your second certificate for attending and completing your in-person BRIK & PEARL® practical training day in Belfast.
During the day, you'll watch live demonstrations, complete hands-on model work and receive guidance from your trainer as you begin putting your online knowledge into practice.
3. Case Study Assessment Certificate
Your learning continues after your practical training day. You'll be asked to complete and submit the required BRIK & PEARL® case studies so your practical work can be reviewed and feedback provided.
Once your required case studies have been successfully completed and approved, you'll receive your third certificate, recognising successful completion of the practical assessment stage of your BRIK & PEARL® education.
This three-stage approach is particularly valuable for complete beginners because you're not expected to leave your training day and develop your technique entirely on your own. Your case studies give you the opportunity to continue practising, receive professional feedback and demonstrate your understanding of the treatments you've learned.

Models: Practical model work forms part of the training day. Model requirements and arrival times will be confirmed as part of your course information.
Please ensure your online theory has been completed before attending. This allows the practical day to focus on demonstrations, application and hands-on learning rather than repeating the complete online theory curriculum.
Please note you only have 3 months access to the full online course + your training date must be within 3 months of the online course completion.
Beginner-Friendly Lash Lift, Korean Lash Lift & Brow Lamination Accredited Training in Belfast including Starter Kit
No previous lash lift or brow lamination experience required.
Start your lash and brow journey with comprehensive BRIK & PEARL® training combining online learning with a full day of hands-on, in-person training in Belfast.
This course is designed to take you from the very beginning, making it ideal if you've never performed a lash lift or brow lamination before.
Before attending your practical training day, you'll complete your theory online at your own pace. You'll learn the foundations of lash lifting , korean lash lifting and brow lamination, how the BRIK & PEARL® products work, how to safely assess your clients and the steps involved in carrying out professional treatments.
When you arrive for your in-person training, we'll recap what you've learned before your trainer demonstrates the treatments step-by-step.
You'll then work on models yourself with your trainer there to guide you through the process, answer questions and help you develop your technique.
By combining online learning with demonstrations and hands-on practice, you'll learn Traditional Lash Lift, Korean Lash Lift and Brow Lamination within one comprehensive training programme.

Does the BRIK & PEARL® course include Korean lash lift training?
Yes. Korean Lash Lift is one of the treatment techniques covered alongside Traditional Lash Lift, Brow Lamination, Monofusion and other advanced techniques.

Can complete beginners take this course?
Yes. Complete beginners can enrol. We highly recommend selecting the Practical Assessment & Certification pathway and adding the Essential Tool Kit so you have the additional tools required to complete treatments and receive professional feedback on your practical work.

What products come with the course?
Every course includes BRIK & PEARL® Bond Flex, Bond Lock and Lash Volume Filler.

Do I need the Essential Tool Kit?
If you're already a lash or brow professional and own the necessary treatment tools, you may not need it. Complete beginners should add the Essential Tool Kit as the three BRIK & PEARL® products alone do not contain everything required to perform a full service.

Do I receive a certificate?
Yes. All students receive a digital Certificate of Completion after successfully completing the online course. Students who select and successfully complete the practical assessment pathway receive the additional BRIK & PEARL® Assessment Unit Certification.

How long do I have access to the course?
You receive three months' access to the online education.

Does the course cover brow lamination as well as lash lifting?
Yes. The curriculum covers Brow Lamination as well as Traditional Lash Lift, Korean Lash Lift and combined lash and brow treatments.
